Water conservation practices in Cedar Park are now mandatory. From the Austin Statesman:

“Residents with a street address ending in a 0, 2, 4, 6, or 8 can use water outdoors on Thursday and Sunday, officials said. Residents with a street address ending in a 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9 can use water outdoors on Wednesday and Saturday.”
